Emerald Awards section celebrates 3 winners
Don’t miss the special section inserted in this Enterprise highlighting the three Emerald Awards winners from Holyoke School District: Cristine Mallari, Innovator of the Year; Yesenia Bencomo, Leader Among Us; and Scott Dille, Heart Award. National Day of Prayer is next Thursday
Prayer will be the focus of a special community gathering next Thursday, May 4, at 7 p.m. at the Peerless Center. The theme for the 2017 National Day of Prayer is “For Your Great Name’s Sake! Hear us ... forgive us ... heal us!”

Museum events focus on toys, collections
Phillips County Museum in Holyoke is hosting a toy show Sunday, April 30, from 1-4:30 p.m. It is open to anyone who wants to display their toys, which do not need to be collectible or antique. Call Charlie Triplette, 970-854-3256.

Anyone who collects sports cards or coins is invited to chat with Terry Haynes Monday, May 1, at 7:30 p.m. at the museum.

There is free admission at both events.

School choirs to perform next Thursday
Vocalists in junior high, high school and the select choir will take the HHS auditorium stage for their spring concert Thursday, May 4, at 7 p.m.

Chamber sponsors first Ladies Night Out
Holyoke Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Ladies Night Out Tuesday, May 2. The night includes downtown business specials and vendors at the Peerless Center gym. Finish the night with a free showing of “The Notebook” at the Peerless at 7 p.m.
