Sheriff’s new website includes ‘Most Wanted’
Phillips County Sheriff’s Office has a new website at https://pcsheriff.us, whose new features include a list of “Most Wanted” persons in Phillips County, names of county inmates currently in custody, links to request public records and more. Sheriff Thomas Elliott said the office outgrew its old site, which lacked many of the new site’s features and was less user-friendly. Undersheriff William “J.R.” Myers will be responsible for managing the site.
AirLife to celebrate 1 year next Wednesday
Holyoke’s AirLife base is celebrating its one-year anniversary and EMS Week Wednesday, May 22, from 3-5 p.m. Cookies, coffee and a short presentation will take place at Melissa Memorial Hospital’s east parking lot.
Sports physicals are May 22-23
Students who want to get a jump start on reduced-cost sports physicals can head to Melissa Memorial Hospital Wednesday and Thursday, May 22-23, from 4-6 p.m.
Art show coincides with field day
Tuesday, May 21, is the elementary school’s field day, which includes grades 1-3 from 8:30-11:15 a.m. and grades 4-6 and kindergarten from 11:45 a.m.-2:40 p.m. Parents can enjoy the art show and lunch inside from 11 a.m.-noon. The public can view the art from 4-6 p.m. in the gym.
