Get animal licenses, vaccinations Saturday
As a joint project between the City of Holyoke and Phillips County, an animal clinic is set for Saturday, June 8, from 9-11 a.m. at Holyoke Vet Service. City ordinance requires all dogs harbored within the city be licensed. Dogs need to be vaccinated every other year with antirabies vaccine, and proof from a licensed veterinarian is necessary before the City dog license is issued. It’s also strongly encouraged that all dogs and cats within Phillips County be vaccinated. For information on the animal clinic or for pet records, contact Holyoke Vet Service at 970-854-3800 prior to Saturday.
