Holyoke EMS to host family fun day
    All ages are invited to a day of free family-friendly competition hosted by Holyoke EMS. The Phillips County Community Cup is set for Saturday, July 20, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Holyoke High School track and field. Participants should bring their own food and join in the fun of tug-of-war, three-legged races, wheelbarrow races, EMS cot races, volleyball, lawn bowling, hula hoops, egg races, track races and more. Members of the Holyoke EMS crew are looking forward to spending time with community members in a fun atmosphere.  

Blood drive is next Tuesday

Polis appoints new district court judge in 13th Judicial District
    Gov. Jared Polis announced the appointment, effective July 1, of Stephanie M.G. Gagliano of Fort Morgan as a district court judge in the 13th Judicial District to fill a position created by Senate Bill 19-043.
    Gagliano owns Gagliano Law LLC, a firm that she established in 2012. She currently contracts with the City of Sterling as its prosecuting attorney, the Town of Otis as its municipal court judge, the Town of Log Lane Village as its municipal court judge, the City of Brush as its associate municipal court judge and the Office of Respondent Parents’ Counsel.
    Gagliano earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State University in 1994 and her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2000.
