Preschool program is this Thursday
    Dragon’s Wagon Preschool is presenting its annual program Thursday, May 11, at Phillips County Event Center. A spaghetti dinner will be served from 5-6:30 p.m. The 7 p.m. program includes preschool student performances and a live auction. Tickets are available at the door.
    Auction items were on display at Sullivan’s Appliance and Air through Wednesday, May 10. A silent auction at Holyoke Marketplace also concluded Wednesday.
    
Classes ending in ‘7’ honored at alumni banquet; reserve tickets now for May 28 event
    Holyoke Alumni Association is hosting its annual alumni banquet Sunday, May 28, at Phillips County Event Center. Social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. with the dinner at 6:30 p.m.
    Honored classes this year are 1947, 1957, 1967, 1977, 1987, 1997, 2007 and 2017. Members of these classes will be seated together.

Stamp Out Hunger food drive is Saturday
    Saturday, May 13, marks the 25th anniversary of the National Association of Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger food drive. To participate, leave a non-perishable food donation in a bag by the mailbox this Saturday, and a letter carrier will do the rest. Last year, 80 million pounds was collected nationally.
