Enterprise sets early deadline

The deadline for next week’s newspaper has been bumped up one day to Monday, Nov. 25, at 10 a.m. Any news or advertising material that can be submitted on Friday, Nov. 22, will be appreciated.

The Enterprise will be closed all day Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28-29, due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

 

School break starts Wednesday

Holyoke School District will take a Thanksgiving break Wednesday-Friday, Nov. 27-29.

 

Parade entries, vendors sought for Dec. 2 Country Christmas

Holyoke Chamber of Commerce’s Country Christmas is coming up Monday, Dec. 2. The night includes photos with Santa, a soup supper, a free movie, business specials and much more. Look for a full schedule next week!

Highline Electric and CHS Grainland invite businesses and organizations to decorate a float for the 6:30 p.m. Parade of Lights on Interocean Avenue. Entry forms may be picked up at Highline or CHS Grainland and must be returned to Highline by Friday, Nov. 29.

Dodgeball tourney rescheduled for Monday

The National Honor Society at Holyoke High School has rescheduled its annual dodgeball tournament for Monday, Nov. 25, at 6:30 p.m. at the HHS new gym. Entrance fees for teams and spectators will benefit Kendall Kroeger. Teams must consist of 6-10 people age 12 or older. Walk-up teams will be accepted.
