Preschool program canceled; auction to be held on Facebook

Due to COVID-19 closures, the Dragon’s Wagon Preschool was forced to cancel its spring program and spaghetti supper. Plans are in the works to hold its auction on Facebook in the coming weeks. Watch The Holyoke Enterprise for details when the event will take place. This is the only fundraiser the Dragon’s Wagon Preschool has each year, and donations are greatly appreciated.

 

Look inside for Salute to Beef

One of Johnson Publication’s most popular special sections, “A Salute to Beef,” is inserted this week in its four newspapers, including The Holyoke Enterprise. It’s got everything from cattle drives to DNA testing to an FFA project to the effects of the coronavirus on the industry.

 

Diapers, formula available locally

The Phillips County Department of Human Services at 128 E. Denver St. in Holyoke and the local health department are distributing diapers and formula to families who need these supplies during the coronavirus pandemic.
