‘Clue’ on stage this fall

Holyoke JR/SR High School drama director Micah Mehl recently announced that this year’s fall production is “Clue.” It will be performed Friday-Saturday, Nov. 19-20.

 

Blood drive set for Sept. 24

Schneider to sign books Saturday

After learning that the book Rachel Schneider translated is a print book and not just an e-book, her book signing event at Inklings Bookstore was rescheduled to Saturday, Sept. 18, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. so that copies of the book could be on hand. “Inkarrí” is the second book of the “Secret File” series by German author André Milewski.

 

Ganahl to announce campaign for governor

Heidi Ganahl will stop at Brewed Awakening Coffee & Bake Shop at 110 N. Interocean Ave. in Holyoke on Wednesday, Sept. 15, from 12-1 p.m. to join supporters in announcing her campaign for governor of Colorado.

Her multicounty tour across Colorado will begin in her hometown of Monument. Ganahl serves on the University of Colorado Board of Regents, a post she was elected to in 2016.

 

Players postpone dinner theater, comedy show

Phillips County Players has postponed its dinner theater event featuring the play “Let Him Sleep ’Til It’s Time for the Funeral” by Peg Kehret. It will be held Oct. 8-10 at the Holyoke Methodist Church fellowship hall.
