Yuma author in town for book signing June 25
Dena Mason, an author from Yuma, will be at Inklings Bookstore on Saturday, June 25, to sign copies of her book, “Hoofprints of the Heart: How Childhood Gifts of Love Bestow an Enduring Legacy.” The book takes readers back in time to a small town and a simpler life. In Eckley, surrounded by family and friends, young Dena learned about living and dying, suffering and loss. Galloping through new emotions and experiences, she rode horses on Colorado’s eastern plains and explored her faith in love and God. As she grew up, she discovered that heartache and loss are a part of love and that welcoming every moment is the key to happiness.
