Forms for Christmas distribution due Nov. 28

Any Holyoke/Amherst families in need who want to participate in the Christmas gift and food distribution need to stop by Phillips County Department of Human Services to complete the required forms by Monday, Nov. 28. Call 970-854-2280 with any questions.

Community Thanksgiving dinner is Sunday

A free Thanksgiving dinner will be served Sunday, Nov. 20, from 4-6 p.m. at Sunset View. Call 970-691-1900 or 970-854-2646 to have a meal delivered or to arrange for a ride.

21st Century organizing giving tree for Regent Park and Carriage House

21st Century Equipment has partnered with Regent Park and Carriage House to help provide Christmas gifts for the residents. Pick up a ReinDEERE tag from the giving tree at 21st Century Equipment, 39924 Highway 6 in Holyoke. Gifts need to be returned to 21st Century by Dec. 15. 

Holyoke FFA hosting Bushels of Corn Breakfast

All area farmers, harvest crews and elevator employees are invited to a free breakfast Tuesday, Nov. 22. The Bushels of Corn Breakfast will be served by Holyoke High School FFA from 7-8 a.m. in the high school ag shop. 

Thanksgiving break is Nov. 23-25

Next week, Holyoke students will not have class Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, Nov. 23-25. School will resume Monday, Nov. 28.

Enterprise sets early deadline for next week

The deadline for news and ads for the Nov. 23 newspaper has been bumped up to Friday, Nov. 18, at noon.
