Coronavirus can’t rain on Phillips County Fair parade
For six years in a row now, the Better Beef Makers 4-H Club has earned overall champion status in the Phillips County Fair parade, and the club’s 2020 float certainly didn’t disappoint.
On Saturday, July 25, community members lined Interocean Avenue to watch the parade as it traveled north toward the fairgrounds. The fair theme, Barn in the USA, was prominent on many of the floats, and the parade seemed exceptionally full of red, white and blue this year.
