County commissioners stay busy the past few months

Phillips County commissioners held press briefings April 29, May 27 and June 30 to recap what they’ve been doing the past few months. The following has been compiled from those briefings, as well as from the meeting minutes.

March 31

On March 31, among other things, the commissioners:

— Met with Brittany Bruce and Mauli Sand with National Renewable Solutions.

— Met with Kelley Sullivan regarding a memorial bench for her mother, Marianne Sullivan.

— Was introduced to new dispatcher Michelle Sibbio.

— Held an executive session for a personnel matter.

— Approved roadway occupancy agreements for PC Telcom.

— Approved the Scholl Oil bid of $2,415 for a video conferencing system for the commissioners meeting room.
