Dee to teach watercolor class Sept. 7

    Nancy Dee will be teaching Prairie Winds Art Center’s first Friday class called “Watercolor Painting to Soothe the Soul” for junior highers through adults. It’s set for Friday, Sept. 7, at 7 p.m.
    The focus will be to paint in watercolor stress-free and to expand one’s imagination to paint in a colorful expressive manner that allows the medium to work with the painter, not against them.
