Donations sought to support resettling Afghans

The state of Colorado is coordinating a multi-agency effort to successfully welcome and integrate approximately 2,000 Afghans resettling in Colorado.

Right now, the state, in partnership with local resettlement agencies and other partners, are soliciting new furniture, household items and hygiene items to help Afghan neighbors settle into their new homes. This support is instrumental in helping Afghan families feel welcomed and begin the work of rebuilding their lives in Colorado.
