Engagement announced

    Andrew and Dondi Duell of Haxtun are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Maryann Duell, to Isaac Ahlfield, son of Dan and Janice Ahlfield of Forest Lake, Minnesota.
    The bride-to-be received a Bachelor of Arts degree in theology with a focus in missions from Oral Roberts University in the spring of 2016. She is currently working as a barista for Dunn Brothers in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is the granddaughter of Norm and Harriett Duell of Holyoke and Dwayne and Senia McCalister of Steubenville, Ohio.
    The future groom will finish his Bachelor of Arts degree in communications with a focus in Asian and international studies in the spring of 2018. He is the grandson of James Ahlfield of Olney, Illinois, and the late Evelyn Ahlfield, Gilbert Eby of North Branch, Minnesota, and Anne Eby of Lindstrom, Minnesota.
    A July 2017 wedding is planned. The couple will be living in Minneapolis until Ahlfield’s schooling is complete. Future plans include relocating to Japan where they will serve as full-time missionaries.
