Equally Delinquent brings good times, good tunes to the Phillips County Fair

Phillips County Fair delivered on its promise of a good time with a wide variety of events featured throughout the weekend. Equally Delinquent, a barbershop quartet, added to the fun by providing entertainment for the Friday evening barbecue, which was unfortunately moved from Homesteaders Park to the Biesemeier Room of Phillips County Event Center due to some rain showers.
