Food, fun and fireworks make a great Fourth

    Fourth of July in Phillips County opened with morning rain showers and closed with an 11 p.m. tornado touch-down southwest of Holyoke.
    In between the Mother Nature antics, the community enjoyed family barbecues and games, fundraising activities for the Holyoke Volunteer Fire Department, stock car races, fireworks and more.
