Former Bronco Steve Atwater headlines fundraiser for Angie (Conde) Purdy

    Former Bronco great, seven-time Pro Bowler, Super Bowl champion and Ring of Famer Steve Atwater will be headlining a “Tackle Cancer” fundraising event Saturday, Feb. 23, from 6-9 p.m. at Grace Place in Berthoud.
    Atwater will be joined by fellow Bronco alumni Le-Lo Lang, Bucky Diltz, Larry Evans and Frank Robinson. Also included at the event will be a live and silent auction, as well as a barbecue dinner and drinks.
    The event is being put on to provide financial assistance to Angie (Conde) Purdy who was recently diagnosed with two rare forms of cancer.
