Gag order issued in juvenile cases

District Court Judge Michael Singer issued gag orders in four separate juvenile cases filed in Phillips County District Court Friday, July 28.
To assure fairness in the trial process, the gag order limits the information that can be released publicly by attorneys, law enforcement agencies and court personnel, as well as from sealed records.
The gag order notes that the allegations involve a Class 3 felony and other serious charges, according to the case record.
