Grand Champ honors rewarded at county fair
With so many activities canceled and/or altered surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, it was especially rewarding for Phillips County 4-H and FFA members to be honored for their hard work on projects at the 2020 Phillips County Fair July 21-26.
Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion honors for animals, shooting sports, clothing and everything else have been awarded.
Lauren Bergner and Kylee Workman are the recipients of $250 scholarships sponsored by Family Affair. Bergner was the senior overall general projects award winner, and Workman won Grand Champion honors in senior round robin livestock showmanship.
The Holyoke Enterprise will be publishing a special section with full results of these champion honors, as well as all participant honors from the 2020 county fair.
