Groshans, Heldenbrand united in marriage

Gade Levi Groshans and McKenna Chyanne Heldenbrand of Holyoke were joined in marriage April 30, 2022.

The ceremony took place at the Scholl family circle/Wiebke Harvesting shop, and Bryan Kroeger officiated.

The groom is the son of Melinda Groshans of Paoli and Larry Groshans of Holyoke. He is the grandson of Marilyn Miller of Paoli. Gade is a 2009 graduate of Haxtun High School and the owner/operator of Revolution Welding.

The bride is the daughter of Matt and Michelle Finley of Englewood, Florida, and Bob and Brenda Heldenbrand of Holyoke. Her grandparents are Gary Sporhase of Englewood, Ivan and Julie Wiebke of Holyoke, Jan Hewitt of Holyoke and the late Don Hewitt. Her great-grandparents are James and Margaret Scholl of Holyoke and the late LaVon Scholl. McKenna graduated from Lemon Bay High School in Englewood in 2013. She is currently an associate broker with Lighthouse Real Estate.

The couple’s dog, Bexley, played a big role in their wedding day and made sure she was just as important as the bride and groom, including jumping on the bride as she walked down the aisle because she was so excited.

Gade and McKenna plan to honeymoon in Hawaii in 2023 and remain living in Holyoke to grow their businesses.
