Barking dogs should not be allowed to disturb neighbors
It may seem like a simple matter of common sense, but did you know that Holyoke has an ordinance about barking dogs?
Sec. 6.04.020.
Barking and crying.
It is unlawful for any owner or custodian of any dog to permit the dog to disturb any person or neighborhood by loud and persistent or habitual barking or crying.
