Josie Schlachter crowned Phillips County Fair queen

Josie Schlachter, at right, is crowned the 2021 Phillips County Fair queen by princess Megan Walker at the Haxtun Corn Festival on Saturday, Sept. 26. Schlachter is a junior at Holyoke High School and the daughter of Lucas and Shannon Schlachter.
