Kilpatrick recognized with ‘You Rock! Award’

For his “rock-solid performance and superior effort,” Phillips County Veterans’ Service Officer Jeremy Kilpatrick received a Certificate of Excellence – titled the “You Rock! Award” – from the Colorado Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, signed by its Director David Callahan. In addition to the certificate, awarded March 23, the DMVA awarded Kilpatrick a rock painted with a design featuring a red letter C, symbolizing collaboration and cooperation between Callahan’s organization and its county partners.
