Looka family’s display shines above the rest
Prizes have been awarded for Holyoke’s 28th annual holiday lighting/decorating contest, and residents will want to be sure to check out the impressive displays this Christmas season.
Judged Dec. 10, Tina and Lane Looka at 726 E. Denver St. took first. Roxanne and Ron Miles at 649 E. Kellogg St. were awarded second, and Olga and Jeff Sullivan at 805 S. Bowman Ave. came in third.
The contest is sponsored by the City of Holyoke and The Holyoke Enterprise.
