Lucas trial pushed back to 2020

    Kelsie Schelling has been missing since Feb. 4, 2013, and her family recently learned that the wait for her trial will continue.
    Donthe Lucas was arrested by Pueblo Police Department along with agents from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation on first-degree murder charges in December 2017.
    It was at a third round of motions hearings June 13-14 that it was announced that the trial will be delayed until Jan. 14, 2020.
