Mental Health First Aid course offered Sept. 16

Centennial Mental Health Center provides Mental Health First Aid courses to prepare communities with the knowledge and skills to help individuals who are developing a mental health problem or are experiencing a mental health crisis.  

A free Mental Health First Aid course will be offered Thursday, Sept. 16, from noon-4 p.m. virtually via Zoom, with an online two-hour self-paced course to be completed by all participants prior to the date of the virtual course.
