NE Colorado records 16 more COVID cases in week

Since last week’s report, northeast Colorado has recorded 16 more COVID cases. This includes 10 in Morgan County, three in Logan, two in Washington and one in Yuma.

Kiowa County remains the lone holdout in the state of Colorado with no reported incidences of COVID-19.

Positive COVID-19 cases were reported Monday, Aug. 10, as follows:

— Northeast Colorado: 1,480 cases (increase of 16 in last week), including Morgan County, 687; Logan County, 651; Yuma County, 63; Washington County, 49; Phillips County, 19; and Sedgwick County, 11. The Northeast Colorado Health Department also reported that Morgan County has had 46 deaths, Logan County five and Sedgwick County one.
