P.A.R.T.Y. Program encourages students to think twice about alcohol
HHS freshman Jalen Hunter suits up to give the fire department’s hydraulic cutters a try. On March 21, Holyoke High School students participated in the P.A.R.T.Y. Program, meant to “prevent alcohol and risk-related trauma in youth.” Professionals from emergency medical services, fire department, hospital, police department, air medical services, sheriff’s office and state patrol worked together to demonstrate some of the potential consequences of a drunken driving accident.
