Phillips County Pheasants Forever plans Nov. 13 banquet
On Saturday, Nov. 13, pheasant hunting enthusiasts will have much cause for celebration. In addition to being opening day for the Colorado pheasant hunting season, Phillips County Pheasants Forever is hosting its annual banquet after having to cancel the event in 2020 due to COVID-19 mandates.
The event will be held at the Phillips County Event Center at the fairgrounds in Holyoke. Doors will open at 5 p.m. Though individuals need not be Pheasants Forever members to attend the meal, both annual memberships and meal tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
Those planning to attend are encouraged to register online so they don’t have to wait in line. That can be handled by going to pheasantsforever.org and clicking on events to search for the Phillips County banquet.
