Positive COVID-19 cases up 4.6% in Colorado

Since last week’s report, Colorado has recorded an increase of 4.6% COVID-19 cases, compared to 6.4% the previous week.

Kiowa County still remains the lone holdout in the state of Colorado with no reported incidences of COVID-19.

Positive COVID-19 cases were reported Monday, Aug. 17, as follows:

— Northeast Colorado: 1,501 cases (increase of 21 in last week), including Morgan County, 699; Logan County, 658; Yuma County, 63; Washington County, 51; Phillips County, 19; and Sedgwick County, 11. The Northeast Colorado Health Department also reported that Morgan County has had 47 deaths, Logan County five and Sedgwick County one.
