Progress made on new fire station

Pictured in the snow Thursday, Feb. 3, the new fire station being built on the southwest corner of the intersection of Denver Street and Belford Avenue is coming together as construction continues on the project. Residents can now see the new station beginning to take shape. Mayor Orville Tonsing said the materials that are currently obtainable for the project are in place, and that construction is continuing as decent weather allows. — The Holyoke Enterprise
