Public hearing held for Happy Jacks liquor license application
At the beginning of the Nov. 21 Holyoke City Council meeting, a public hearing was held to discuss a new liquor license application, which was approved.
R&B Application Inc., doing business as Happy Jacks Barbeque, submitted an application to the City on Oct. 19. Owner Allyn Robinson was in attendance at the Nov. 21 public hearing.
Having received no petitions for or against the application and hearing no opposition, the city council defined the neighborhood as the corporate limits of the city of Holyoke and gave its approval. The application will be submitted to the State.
