Quilters encouraged to enter fair show

    The High Plains Heritage Quilters and Creative Traditions in Holyoke have volunteered to assist with the 2019 Phillips County Fair Quilt Show.
    Quilters of all ages are encouraged to participate in this year’s show. Entries will be taken Wednesday, July 24, from 1-6 p.m. at the Phillips County Event Center in Holyoke.
    Open judging will take place Thursday, July 25, beginning at 9 a.m. in the Biesemeier Room at the event center. The judging will be done by a certified Colorado Quilting Council judge. Quilts may be picked up Sunday, July 28, between 10 a.m.-noon.
