Racing goes into hibernation, will come back strong in the spring

Final standings released for IMCA 2019 season series at PCR

Those pesky mountains and their winter weather patterns are at it once again, bringing the International Motor Contest Association dirt track racing series to a close for the 2019 season in Holyoke.

Once the Earth finishes this lap around the sun, the die-hard IMCA race fans, drivers, teams and newcomers to the series alike can all find relief in the coming 2020 season, as it shapes up to be far more grandiose than 2019.

Phillips County Raceway is favored by many local racecar drivers and is sometimes referred to as the “Daytona” of the three main Colorado dirt tracks.
