There’s nothing quite like a good salad for holiday gatherings, and Bev Young is sharing one of her family’s favorites.

Spinach Salad

    2 bags spinach
    Cauliflower bits
    1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
    Shredded swiss cheese
    Diced hard-boiled egg
    Quartered tomatoes
    
    Dressing:
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon celery seed
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon dried chopped onions
    1 cup salad oil

    
    Mix dressing ingredients together and refrigerate. Toss salad and dress. Enjoy!
