Roberts, Timm on ballot for county commissioner

Primary election is June 30

Beginning June 8, primary election ballot packets were mailed to every active registered voter in Phillips County, and two local names can be found on the list. Republican Garold Roberts is running for Phillips County commissioner in District 2, and Tom Timm, also a Republican, is on the ballot for county commissioner in District 3.

Others on the Republican party ballot are Cory Gardner, U.S. senator; Ken Buck, representative to the 117th U.S. Congress; Rod Pelton, state representative for District 65; and Travis Sides, district attorney for the 13th Judicial District.

On the Democratic party ballot, Andrew Romanoff and John W. Hickenlooper are both running for U.S. senator, and Ike McCorkle is running for representative to the 117th U.S. Congress.

One race is listed on the Libertarian party ballot: Gaylon Kent and Raymon Anthony Doane for U.S. senator.
