Sedgwick County COVID case associated with nursing home

Sedgwick County Memorial Nursing Home in Julesburg has been notified of a positive COVID-19 test result associated with the facility. It is the first positive test result of a Sedgwick County resident.

Case investigation is in progress, but in order to protect the privacy of the individual(s), identifying information and medical records will not be released to the public. More information will be announced as necessary to protect the well-being of residents and staff.

“The health and welfare of our staff is our first priority. We have begun notifying our residents, families and associates. Rest assured we are doing everything appropriate to stop any additional infection,” said Nick Goshe, CEO.
