Sunday event a chance to browse or display collectibles, antique toys

Phillips County Historical Society is hosting a show featuring collectibles and antique toys Sunday afternoon, Aug. 8, at the Phillips County Museum in Holyoke.

Attendees can stop by from 1-4:30 p.m. to browse, buy, sell or trade as well as enjoy refreshments at this free event.

Since the historical society’s first show in 2007, some items that have been on display include arcade toys, wood and metal toys, quilts, match box toys, kitchen tools, glasswares, dolls, farm implements, remote control items for entertainment, farming tools, tractors, airplanes, homemade cakes and cookies, weird old items and animals carved out of wood.
