Welcome center is recruiting volunteers

The Colorado Welcome Center in Julesburg recorded visitation in 2019 of 363,632. Over 5,834,835 faces have stopped in the 23 years of existence.

The welcome center is the place to meet people from all over the world while benefiting from the perks that are available to volunteers. Yearly study trips to different regions of Colorado are provided to all who qualify as well as special parties and events throughout the year.

This welcome center, like nine others in Colorado, is staffed primarily with volunteers. Local residents are trained as travel counselors and enjoy meeting new faces while being an important partner in Colorado tourism and the Pioneering Plains Region.
