Melissa Memorial Hospital hosts cancer walk, raises funds for community education

Luminaria lined the parking lot of Melissa Memorial Hospital in Holyoke on Friday, Aug. 19, for a cancer walk that gave encouragement to cancer survivors, remembered lost loved ones and raised funds for MMH to develop community education.
All of the proceeds from the walk will help MMH encourage and educate the community regarding treatment, life-saving screenings and options available to them.
