The R.L. Johnson residence in Holyoke is pictured. The Dec. 8, 1916, edition of The State Herald had a notice from Johnson where he was listed as a cashier for Phillips County State Bank. On Dec. 22 of the same year, Johnson was listed as an agent for Midland Savings & Loan Company, offering first-class city property at 6%.
