3 compete at FFA district speaking contest

    Holyoke FFA sent three members to compete in the FFA district speaking contest Wednesday, Feb. 15, at the Haxtun Community Center.
    Members qualified for districts by placing in the top two in their respective categories in Holyoke’s chapter speaking contest earlier in the school year. Sophomore Alex Vieselmeyer and junior Taylor Hendrix competed in prepared speaking, and freshman Victoria Race competed in creed speaking.
