Community engagement meeting set for Nov. 8 with health department

    There will be a community engagement meeting at the Phillips County Event Center on Wednesday, Nov. 8, from 2-3:30 p.m., and all community members are encouraged to attend and discuss the needs of the community.
    The Northeast Colorado Health Department is currently conducting a community health assessment. This two-part assessment analyzes a number of different health indicators including risk factors, quality of life, mortality, morbidity, community assets, and forces of change, social determinants of health and health inequity, as well as information on how effectively the public health system provides essential services.
