Good times run rampant at Holyoke Volunteer Fire Department’s fun day

Youth winner in the 5K was Rebecca Brom. The three winners in the rib cookoff were Brad Stuckey, first; Wayne Bahler, second; and Isaiah Rueter, third. Judges evaluated the ribs based on appearance, taste and texture. Community members were invited to taste the ribs for themselves during a freewill donation meal while kids enjoyed a bouncy obstacle course and slide. — Johnson Publications
