Prairie Winds Art Center hosts show by Art Society of Ogallala

    The Prairie Winds Art Center at 443 S. Interocean Ave. in Holyoke announces its June and July feature show of artwork from the Art Society of Ogallala. The show features 38 pieces of artwork, of which many are for sale, from approximately 25 member artists from the western Nebraska and eastern Colorado area.  
    The show may be viewed from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. each Friday in June and July at the center or by appointment.  Call 970-580-1939 or 970-520-7762 to schedule an appointment.
    The Art Society of Ogallala was started in the spring of 2002 with the motto “To learn to appreciate all art mediums and encourage one another.”  The members meet once a month in and around Ogallala, Nebraska, with an informational program or hands-on workshop. Art trips are also taken to visit art studios, private collections, art shows, galleries and museums.
