Jack Russell’s Great White to open at the fair

Building on the success of shows like last year’s Quiet Riot, the Chase County Fair in Imperial, Nebraska, will bring Skid Row’s Sebastian Bach and Jack Russell’s Great White to the stage Saturday, Aug. 18.
Alex McNair, the fair’s entertainment manager, said the two acts will bring some recognized and well-loved rock music that will resonate across generations of rock fans.
Bach, who headlines the show, has sold more than 20 million records both as the lead singer of Skid Row and as a solo artist.
Russell’s original band, Great White, is best known for their late ’80s hit, “Once Bitten ... Twice Shy.”

Sebastian Bach
Bach is particularly known for the hit singles “I Remember You,”  “Youth Gone Wild” and “18 & Life.”
Albums include “Skid Row” and “Slave To The Grind,” which became the first-ever hard rock album to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200.
Bach then went on to become the first rock star to grace the Broadway stage, with starring roles in “Jekyll & Hyde,” “Jesus Christ Superstar” and “The Rocky Horror Show.”
He also appeared for seven seasons on the hit television show “Gilmore Girls.”

Jack Russell
Jack Russell’s Great White represents the next phase of his legacy.
Jack Russell’s Great White first bared its teeth in December 2011 and released a new album in 2017 entitled, “He Saw It Comin’.”
