Fishing clinic set in Haxtun

Kids are invited to a free fishing clinic Friday, Aug. 17, with Colorado Parks & Wildlife and Colorado State University Extension. Take a fishing pole or use one provided at Haxtun Fishing Pond at 5:30 p.m. It will also be a chance to get to know Kyle Gordon, district wildlife manager. To register, call Extension at 970-854-3616.
