Raceway announces final point winners

Due to scheduling conflicts, Phillips County Raceway canceled its final race originally set for Saturday, Sept. 29.
Final top-10 track point winners have been announced, including the 2018 IMCA champions — Garrett Sporhase in modifieds, Joe Bellm in stock cars, Ryan Moser in northern sport mods, Austin Davis in hobby stocks and Shalanda Smith in sport compacts.
