Health needs input sought

Short turnaround has been noted for a community health needs assessment being coordinated through Melissa Memorial Hospital in Holyoke. Community members are encouraged to complete the survey online or by picking up a printed copy at the hospital.
Fifty-two questions are included on the survey, with completion time estimated at less than 10 minutes. Survey returns are requested by next Monday, Nov. 19.
